Our Story
Working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, Tara and Mark would follow the busy seasons, sun and waves. In 2010, Tara and Mark met in Rincon, Puerto Rico, and started their journey. Splitting time between the mid-Atlantic and Rincon. Always talking about opening up a small sandwich shop, Tara from New Jersey mentioned the lack of hotdog joints in the area. Wanting to bring some other flavors from the Caribbean, they created the Twilley's Willys concept. Shortly after opening in 2015 Tara and Mark welcomed their beautiful son, Andrew to the world.
